Characterful base for exploring Unionhall. Nicely decorated accommodation with incredibly nice staff with best service and very good breakfast and fantastic view. Stunning and particularly good setting in the incredibly beautiful area, very close to taxi services to get around town, a conservatory overlooking the bay and the harbour and neighboring village of Glandore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shearwater, nestled in a stunning setting. The views were breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to recharge our batteries. The breakfast buffet and menu were both delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and provided great information about the surrounding area. we highly recommend this gem of a B&B for a fantastic West Cork experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning country house, located in Union Hall with a lovely view of the bay. The room was beautiful, with a full-length window and balcony overlooking the bay. The cleanliness was faultless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host, Adela, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. We loved the conservatory overlooking the bay, where we enjoyed our meals.
The village had limited options for dinner, especially on Monday nights, which was a slight inconvenience.
